Is Delivery Really Free?
Yes! At, there's no charge for delivery. We provide delivery at no additional cost, as part of our service to you.

Where Does Deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the continental 48 states that is road accessible. Delivery is available to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee but the order must be placed by calling into our sales department and it can not be added after the order is placed. While we do not deliver internationally at this time, we can deliver to your US based freight forwarder if you have those arrangements in place.

We also offer weekend and late night delivery options for an additional fee. To select one of these special times, please call for pricing and availability.

Your Mattress Delivery Options

White Glove Delivery:
  • Free on all mattress sets.
  • Your new mattress will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom (Includes up to half hour of minor assembly! Up to 2 flights of stairs. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent.) The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded on your behalf.
  • Delivery timing: Approximately 1-2 weeks. Mattress sets in our warehouse ship out in 48 hours; otherwise mattress sets are ordered and received from our manufacturers in 3-5 days. Transit time is approximately 1 week after leaving our facility. You will receive a call from the local agent to make delivery arrangements with you about 1 week after your order has shipped from our facility. (Please note, extremely remote locations may take an extra week.)

    Mattress Removal
  • Free on every Stearns & Foster mattress set. As part of your White Glove Delivery service, your old mattress will be removed and discarded on your behalf. Free removal service is currently included on Stearns & Foster deliveries.
  • If you wish to add removal to any other brand, please call or email and we can add this service for only $99. Otherwise, mattress removal is not part of the delivery service.
  • Please note, for Hurricane Katrina affected areas in and around New Orleans, service is temporarily limited to moving your old mattress to the curb for municipal pickup.

    Quick Ship products:

  • Select & specially marked products are available for Quick Ship order and delivery. Delivery details are available on the product description pages for those marked items.

    Our Mattress Guarantee Is Simple:
    We want you to make your purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. If you wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up to 100 days after delivery. (An increase in price requires payment for the price difference. Exchange covers similar size, limit 1 exchange per customer.) All you have to pay is a $99 processing fee. We will cover all other expenses. All we ask is that you spend at least a few weeks getting used to your new mattress first, before we process an exchange. Sleeping on a new (or any different) mattress takes a few days to get used to, and with that familiarity you can know for sure you're making the right decision. Of course, if your new bed set is damaged in shipment, we will exchange it right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist. What about refunds? Please be aware your mattress purchase is non-refundable.

    Order Cancellation/ Return Policy
    Most orders can be canceled anytime prior to your home delivery (Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing an order without any fee. Orders after 48 hours that can be stopped from shipping, will only be charged a 2% processing fee. Any orders canceled after that time that are not able to be stopped with the vendor could be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.Orders being shipped Next Day/Express Delivery must be canceled before shipment. ) To cancel an order, call us. Your purchase is backed by our 100 day guarantee. (Please see

If an item arrives damaged during shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and call us so that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement (at no cost to you). Please be assured that all bedding comes with the original manufacturer warranty. So any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and won't need to be returned. We will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns. As far as returns on Clearance Section items; all sales are final (no returns except in the case of shipping related damage.)

    Multi-Payment Policy
    EasyPay monthly installments are now available to make your purchase experience more affordable and convenient. We use your existing credit card and there is no finance charge. When your order is processed, we will bill your credit card for the first monthly payment plus your total tax, if applicable. The balance is then automatically billed to your credit card in equal monthly installments starting the same day one month from the day the product was purchased.
