    Order Cancellations
    Most orders can be canceled anytime prior to your home delivery (Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing an order without any fee. Orders after 48 hours that can be stopped from shipping, will only be charged a 2% processing fee. Any orders canceled after that time that are not able to be stopped with the vendor could be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee.     Order Returns
    Bedroom furniture and bedding accessory purchases are 100% refundable for 30 days from delivery. Returned merchandise needs to be undamaged and packed in the original packaging materials. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To process a return, just give us a call.

    Mattress orders can be returned for a comfort exchange under our 30 day Guarantee. If you wish to exchange your mattress, we will make an exchange for you for up to 30 days after delivery. (An increase in price requires payment for the price difference.) All you have to pay is a $99 processing fee. We will cover all other expenses. Please be aware your mattress purchase is non-refundable.

    All we ask is that you spend at least a couple of weeks getting used to your new mattress first, before we process an exchange. Sleeping on a new mattress (or a different mattress; like in a hotel) takes a few days to get used to, and with that familiarity you can know for sure you're making the right decision.

    Of course, if your new mattress or bed set is damaged in shipment, we will exchange it right away for you at no charge. Just make note of the damage on the shipper's receipt and give us a call so we can assist.

    About Delivery
    Convenient mattress delivery to anywhere in the continental United States in as little as one week!

    Within days of placing your order, your new mattress is on its way to your home. When the mattress gets to your local community, you'll be called by the local delivery agent to arrange a date and time (weekdays between 8 and 5) to make the delivery. Individually purchased bedroom furniture or bedding accessories may be sent directly to you via UPS.

    As part of the delivery service, you'll be called about a week after order to schedule the delivery date to your home.

    Your Delivery Options:
    FREE White Glove Delivery: Delivered in 2-3 Weeks The delivery people will bring the new mattress(s) into your home, unpack them, put them where you'd like, and set them up (up to 1/2 hour minor assembly!) Then the packaging materials can be removed for you as well. Delivery does not include removing old bedding products.
    Get It Fast Delivery: Delivered in as soon as two days For an additional fee, we will express ship your order. For a Stearns & Foster order, your order will also include White Glove service and arrive in 5-9 Days. For a Sealy order, your express shipment will be curbside only and arrive in as soon as two days.
